Boy, 14, charged after Troy chase with stolen car

A 14-year-old boy is under arrest, and police say they have great concerns about him.
They say he was armed with a gun, when he allegedly stole a car around 9 p.m. Wednesday.
They say he led officers on a chase through downtown, crashing into several parked cars, then getting out of the car and running away.
He was caught by officers nearby. Police say they found a 16-year-old passenger in the car, being held against his will.
The 14-year-old boy facing charges was recently arrested on robbery charges in New York City.
