Boy, 14, hospitalized after crashing dirt bike into car in Berne

BERNE – A 14-year-old Middleburgh boy is recovering after police say he hit a car while riding his dirt bike.
The crash happened just before 9:30 Friday morning at Beaver Dam and South Suto roads in Berne. Police say the boy failed to stop at the intersection.
He was taken to Albany Medical center with a leg injury.
The two people in the car were not hurt.
