Building permit issued for work at evacuated Troy apartment building

A building permit has been issued for work at Harbour Point Garden Apartments in Troy. Tenants were evacuated in late June, because of dangerous brick veneers on the buildings, and other code violations.
The mayor of told NewsChannel 13 about the building permit on Friday, which was issues by the city’s Bureau of Code Enforcement.
This ensures that the proposed work is done in accordance with state and local building laws.
