Calif. man accused of shipping meth to Capital Region
A California man is accused of shipping methamphetamine and selling fentanyl in the Capital Region in 2022.
Michael Laudicina, 46, of Santa Cruz, was arraigned Thursday in federal court on an indictment charging him with distributing a controlled substance.
Laudicina allegedly shipped at least 50 grams of meth on three occasions in July, August and November of 2022. He is also accused of selling fentanyl.
The charges against Laudicina carry a term of at least 10 years in prison and up to life and a fine of up to $10 million.
Laudicina is being held pending trial.
