Capital Region not exempt from holiday travel chaos

There were 4 cancelled arrivals and one delayed as of Saturday morning.
There was also 1 cancelled departure.
Across the county, people looking to travel for the weekend have faced many challenges.
United Airlines has been the story all week, after cancelling a quarter to a third of its flights, because of operational issues.
There is good news for drivers though.
The price of gas right now is averaging $3.54 a gallon, that’s $1.30 less than a year ago.
