Capital Region outdoor workers, golfers push through despite bad air

Many people whose job it is to work outside might not have a choice to stay inside, where they could avoid the stink in the air. However, many others who do have a choice, apparently don’t mind.

NewsChannel 13 spotted National Grid workers who didn’t seem to mind being outside.

We also spotted Department of Public Works and construction workers outdoors and on the job. Very few of them were wearing masks – which has been recommended in some places by public health officials.

Then there was the golf course. It seems if you’ve taken the day off from work to hit the links, there is nothing that could keep you away.
