The Troy Police Department said Monday it “extends our deepest thoughts and prayers to our colleagues at the Albany Police Department. Our thoughts are with all those affected, and we wish the injured officer a swift and full recovery.”
The Saratoga Police Department wrote: “We would like to show our support for the Albany Police Department and their officer who was wounded overnight after being shot while conducting a traffic stop. You are in our thoughts.”
