Car partially submerged in flooding near Stuyvesant Plaza

A car was partially submerged in water near Stuyvesant Plaza on Tuesday evening. No one was inside the car, a NewsChannel 13 crew at the scene said.
The flooding lasted several hours.
The water rose to the Stuyvesant Plaza sign.
The road near the Northway was blocked. Roads were expected to re-open at a later time, depending on the weather, Guilderland Police told NewsChannel 13.
