Car slams into gas meter, sets fire to Albany apartments

A driver slammed into a gas meter at an Albany apartment building.
The crash caused the building to catch fire.
It happened at the Creighton Storey Apartments on Third Avenue on Thursday afternoon.
The building has 16 apartments. Twenty-nine people who live there are being relocated.
National Grid was called to the scene.
