Cardona’s Market honors legendary jockey with new sandwich

A popular market in Saratoga Springs debuted a new sandwich on Friday to honor a legendary jockey.
The sandwich is named after jockey and TV personality Richard Migliore.
It’s called “The Mig” and is now available for customers to order at Cardona’s Market.
Cardona’s will also be donating up to $2,500 from sales of the sandwich now through Labor Day to two horse-racing charities.
