CDTA gets funding for new electric buses

The Capital Region is getting a major boost towards reaching its goal of lower emissions. Sens. Charles Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand, and Rep. Paul Tonko say more than $25 million will help CDTA buy 12 clean electric buses.

The money will also help expand their charging infrastructure to reduce emissions.
