Changes to Pittsfield tobacco sales rules
Changes to tighten rules over tobacco sales in Pittsfield will take effect April 1st.

According to our media partners at the Berkshire Eagle, they include a crackdown on sales of flavored tobacco and nicotine products.
They also increase punishment for violations.
Three or more violations come with a $5,000 fine and a 30-day license suspension.
