Charlotte Sena’s suspected kidnapper appears in court

A Milton man made his first court appearance on charges that he kidnapped 9-year-old Charlotte Sena.
Craig Ross Jr., 47, was arraigned by Justice Tim Brown at Milton Town Court around 3 a.m. on Tuesday for allegedly abducting Sena from Moreau Lake State Park Saturday evening.
He has been charged with kidnapping and was taken to Saratoga County Jail without bail.
Ross Jr.’s next court date is scheduled for October 17 at 10:30 a.m.
