Clifton Park man, 75, admits to having child porn

A 75-year-old Clifton Park man has admitted to possessing child pornography.

Herbert Marlow pleaded guilty in Saratoga County Court on Thursday to two counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child.

He was arrested in March after State Police received an online tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Marlow is scheduled to be sentenced on Nov. 30.
