The Cohoes firefighter accused of assault has been place on unpaid leave.

Police said Glen Dame, 37, started a fight in the area of Louis Street just after midnight on Saturday. Two people were hurt during the incident.

Dame was arrested last year after a complaint involving a 15-year-old girl.
