Cohoes man accused of holding parole officer hostage appears in court

A man accused of holding his parole officer hostage last week was in Cohoes City Court on Thursday morning.
Taquan Hassell is being held in the Albany County Jail.
He was rearrested last Friday, after allegedly holding his parole officer hostage during a home visit.
Hassell is due back in court May 18.
