The city of Cohoes is celebrating more improvements on Remsen Street.
The city showed off renderings on Monday.
The redevelopment project started after the devastating fire on Remsen Street more than five years ago.
This is Phase 3 of the plan.
National Grid is providing money to the city to help bring buildings back to life.
