Colonie house fire under investigation

The cause of a house fire in Colonie is under investigation.
The fire happened at 7 Debbie Court, around 10:45 Thursday evening, the fire chief said.
Several neighbors said they heard an explosion, according to the fire chief, but there wasn’t anything that could have caused it.
It took about an hour to get it under control.
No one was home at the time.
