Colonie Police investigating after woman in wheelchair hit by car

Colonie Police are investigating after a woman in a wheelchair was struck while attempting to cross Wolf Road near Park Place Saturday evening.

Briggs was knocked out of her wheelchair and suffered multiple injuries.

She was transported by Colonie EMS to Albany Medical Center where she has serious but non-life-threatening injuries, Colonie Police said.
