Columbia County emergency workers give new clothes to people in need

Brand new clothing and toys are finding their way to families in need in Columbia and Greene counties.

Members of the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office and area fire departments came together on Thursday to gather items for people who need help.

They were handing out brand new clothing and toys to families in need.

They want to make sure nobody in the community goes unnoticed, said the Columbia County sheriff.
