A Columbia County man was sentenced to 4 years in prison for distributing narcotics in Saratoga Springs.
Thomas Bayer, 59, was arrested in October on a warrant. Police said he sold drugs in and around the city.
Bayer pleaded guilty in December to criminal sale of a controlled substance.
