Contractor receives probation for scam 

A Connecticut contractor has been sentenced to five years of probation after he admitted to failing to complete work and refund money.  

James Larkin, 38, was arrested in April after police received a complaint that he had scammed customers out of more than $35,000 through his business called BluView windows.  

Larkin collected the money but did not start any of the work or return money to the victims.
