A man with a previous DWI conviction is facing charges again for the same reason. State police arrested 52-year-old Matthew Kingsley of Corinth.

Police say on Oct. 1, troopers responded to the area of Stark Road in Corinth for the reports of a two-car crash. They say there was a car stopped on the shoulder with two people inside. Another car driven by Kingsley hit that car head-on and left the scene.

Police caught up with him, and they say he admitted to the crash.

Kingsley’s blood alcohol level at the time was 0.19%.

No one was injured in the crash.

State police say his last conviction was within the past 10 years. He did have a valid license at the time of the crash.
