Corinth man charged with rape

A Corinth man is accused of rape.

Alex C. Sims, 34, allegedly had sexual intercourse with another person without their consent. The incidents took place in the town of Greenfield on Feb. 20 and March 10, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office said.

Sims was charged with two counts of third-degree rape. He was arraigned in Malta Town Court and sent to Saratoga County Jail in lieu of bail.
