Costumed dogs returning to Albany for special Halloween-related event
The annual Hounds of Halloween event is returning to Albany this year. It will include special treats for both humans and dogs.
The annual “Hounds of Halloween” event is returning to Albany this year.
Hundreds of costumed dogs and their humans will have a day of treats, specials, discounts from local stores, and photo-ops.
Some bars and restaurants will also be offering “Yappy Hour” specials and discounts.
Tickets are $15 in advance, or $20 on the day of the event.
