The man accused of starving his 5-year-old daughter to death was due in court Friday afternoon, but the hearing has been adjourned.

Robert Buskey has been charged with manslaughter and endangering the welfare of a child.

Buskey allegedly did not provide food or water to his daughter Charlotte for five days. His son also had cocaine in his system, investigators said.

Buskey is due in court on May 3.
