Court proceedings for Nicholas Fiebka were adjourned Monday.

Fiebka is accused of shooting and killing his mother Alesia Wadsworth and her partner William Horwedel in Princetown.

Fiebka was arraigned last month in Schenectady County Court on a nine-count indictment.

He pleaded not guilty to two counts of first-degree murder, one count of tampering with evidence, and several weapons charges.

If convicted of first-degree murder, Fiebka could face life in prison without the chance of parole.
