New York’s Supreme Court Appellate Division denied the appeal of Danielle Roberts, a former member of the self-help group NXIVM.

Roberts lost her medical license in 2021, for branding the initials of NXIVIM leader Keith Raniere onto several women.

The court upheld the state Department of Health’s revocation of Roberts’ license this week.

A committee found Roberts engaged in 12 forms of professional misconduct.
