Lewis, 31, is currently in a Pennsylvania jail.

NewsChannel 13’s Subrina Dhammi obtained a criminal complaint from Rotterdam Town Court. It shows Lewis is accused of stabbing his mother and stepfather in Rotterdam on July 7.

The couple was found dead in their home at 1467 Fern Avenue.

NewsChannel 13 was there while the road was blocked off that afternoon, as forensic experts and investigators and gathered evidence.

Robert Guillaume, 73, was laid to rest this past Monday. He was an architect. He loved traveling and playing golf.

Cathy Stealey Ayala Guillaume, 65, was a pediatric nurse. She and Robert loved going to concerts and watching stand-up comedy. She had four children, including the suspect.

Rotterdam Police told NewsChannel 13’s Subrina Dhammi on Thursday they are working with police in

Carbon County, Pennsylvania, to extradite Lewis and bring him back to the Capital Region to face murder charges. The plan for that has not been finalized yet.

NewsChannel 13 will keep checking for updates on that.
