Crossgates swatting incident leads to arrest

A person is in custody after a swatting incident at Crossgates Mall in Guilderland on Friday.
Police got a call for a shooting in the parking lot around 12:30 p.m. Friday, they said.
Police determined there was no shooting and no one was in danger.
Nearby Westmere Elementary School was briefly placed on lockout while police investigated the incident at the mall.
