This all happened in the town of Hinsdale.

According to our media partners at The Berkshire Eagle, a dam that holds back a pond behind the abandoned Ashmere Manor Nursing Home on George Schnopp Road, gave out.

This sent water and debris rushing into properties in the area.

One family in the area says water hit their home and damaged their deck.

The rushing water dislodged a dock, rushed away a shed and left tree limbs and mud behind.

Luckily no one was hurt.
