Deadly New Scotland crash remains under investigation

A deadly crash in New Scotland on Sunday afternoon remains under investigation. Meantime, the driver has been identified as David Loucks, 25, of Schenectady.
Loucks died at the scene, said state police.
He was killed after crashing near the intersection of Upper Flat Rock Road and the Delaware Turnpike on Sunday afternoon.
Police closed Upper Flat Rock Road for about an hour for their investigation.
The driver was the only person in the vehicle, they said.
