Man accused of killing Shaker High student due in court

The man accused in the death of 15-year-old Destiny Greene was due in Albany County Court Thursday afternoon.
Branden Rivera, 19, is charged in the shooting death of the Shaker High School student last May on Wilbur Street in Albany.
Police say it happened during an attempted robbery after a transaction that started on social media.
