Dog abandoned on side of Queensbury road

An animal shelter in Queensbury is asking for your help. They are trying to find the owners of a dog who was left on the side of the road.
The dog’s name is Baloo.
He was found abandoned and in bad condition.
NewsChannel 13 learned the SPCA of Upstate New York received a call for a dog left on Dike Road.
The dog had been tied with a very tight rope in a vacant field.
Baloo is suffering from bruising and is severely underweight.
He should be between 140 and 180 pounds, but he is nowhere near that size. SPCA officials are pleading with the owner to come forward.
The good news – SPCA officials says Baloo is showing signs of improvement.
