Man admits to reduced charge in Bennington crash that killed actor
A man has pleaded guilty to a reduced charge in the crash that killed actor Treat Williams in Bennington County.
A man has pleaded guilty to a reduced charge in the crash that killed actor Treat Williams in Bennington County.
Ryan Koss admitted Friday to negligent operation resulting in death.
He was given a one-year deferred sentence and probation.
He will also have to submit to mental health screening.
An investigation found Koss turned into a parking lot in front of Williams in Dorset, last June.
Williams, who was riding a motorcycle, died at Albany Medical Center.
