Duo charged in Delmar Hannaford shoplifting

Two men were arrested, accused of shoplifting at a Hannaford in Delmar.
Robert Shutter of Albany and Michael Hoban of West Sand Lake are facing larceny charges.
Detectives said they saw one suspect leave Hannaford with stolen merchandise, and enter a running car with his counterpart inside.
When the detectives approached, the car drove away, investigators said. The vehicle crashed in Rensselaer, and the suspects were arrested.
Both men are charged with larceny.
