Duo charged in Hoosick Falls car larcenies

Two men are accused of stealing things from more than a dozen cars in Hoosick Falls.
Joshua Richter, 20, and Timothy Sparks, 18, are under arrest.
Both are from Bennington, Vermont.
They are facing several counts of grand larceny, trespass and petit larceny.
More than 20 larceny reports came in from areas across Hoosick Falls, police said.
