A Dutchess County man has died in a fiery crash on the Taconic State Parkway.

Joseph Genua, 68, of Fishkill, crashed near mile marker 76 northbound in the town Gallatin just after 5 a.m. on Friday, police said.

The car was engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived.

Genua was found inside after the fire was put out.

The crash remains under investigation.
