Early voting starts for state primaries
Early, in-person voting began Saturday in New York State’s congressional party primaries.

In a special election in the Hudson Valley and the Catskills, two downstate county executives battle over the seat formerly filled by Lieutenant Governor Antonio Delgado.
A limited number of polling places will be open for early voting through august 21st.
