The PACE program at Eddy Senior Care assists seniors across the Capital Region.

It helps people receive medical care and socialization, and tries to fight against loneliness.

The goal is to help keep seniors in their homes for as long as possible.

The program includes a bus that can transport seniors to the Eddy for activities, along with other things like trips to the doctor.
