Esperance man pleads guilty to child pornography charges

A Schoharie County man has admitted to possessing child pornography.
John Hotaling, 62, of Esperance pleaded guilty to federal charges on Monday.
Hotaling admitted to posessing images of child pornography in 2020. He also admitted to creating some of these images using Photoshop.
Hotaling faces a minimum of 10 years in prison and a fine of $250,000 when he is sentenced in January.
