Thomas Telesco, 42, of Rome admitted to making $4,583.43 in unauthorized charges on his state-issued credit card.
Telesco pleaded guilty last month to felony grand larceny.
He admitted to using the card to buy gas at eight local gas station for himself and his friends.
Telesco must pay full restitution.
