Exhibits at Empire State Plaza honor Black history

The New York State Office of General Services is marking Black History Month.
The Empire State Plaza has several exhibits and displays that celebrate the history, accomplishments and culture of New York state’s Black communities.
This follows last year exhibit, which featured more than 2,700 art pieces from kids in grades K-12.
