Extensive work continues on Slingerlands Rail Trail Bridge

Work continues on the Rail Trail Bridge in Slingerlands after the decking was removed Wednesday.
The bridge buckled two weeks ago as crews were working on it.
Now work is back on track with demolition of the existing structure slated to finish in the coming days.
Albany County approved the lease of a temporary bridge that should be up and functioning by the end of October.
