Storms knock down trees, power lines in Amsterdam

Fallen trees and debris have caused a few road closures in the town of Amsterdam. The road closures affect Lepper Road, Steadwell Ave, and Golf Course Road.

High winds took down trees and power lines throughout the area.

National Grid is busy clearing the power lines. No injuries have been reported. We’ll provide any updates at WNYT.com.
