A 5-year-old Schenectady girl who died after being deprived of food and water is being remembered as “amazingly beautiful and brilliant.”
NewsChannel 13 Kumi Tucker spoke to a family member of the child, who said the child’s name is Charlotte. She loved to dance, sing and act. She also remembered Charlotte as a smart, bright, little sassy girl.
Charlotte’s father, Robert Buskey, is charged in manslaughter and endangering the welfare of a child in connection with her death.
