FBI, Sheriff investigating tampering with Saratoga County train tracks

Police and federal agents are trying to figure out who deliberately tampered with a railroad track in Saratoga County.

The FBI and the Saratoga County Sheriff told NewsChannel 13 that this tampering took place in Corinth on tracks associated with the Saratoga Corinth and Hudson Railway passenger line.

The railway has offered scenic passenger rides for just over a year and was recently named by USA Today as one of the ten must-experience train rides in the country.

On Wednesday, the FBI and Sheriff Michael Zurlo will announce a federal reward for information related to the case.
