Woman dies in Schenectady homicide

A woman has died after being shot in Schenectady, police said.
Police found the woman in her early 30s around 11:15 a.m. Monday morning during a welfare check at 953 Crane Street. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Her name is being withheld until family is notified.
There is no information on a suspect at this time, police said. However, they don’t think the public is in danger
