More than 60 local businesses and nonprofits will come together to bring a little holiday spirit to Schenectady.

The Schenectady County Historical Society will be ushering the season in with their annual Festival of Trees fundraiser this Saturday, Dec. 2 and running until Dec. 23.

Sponsors for this year’s event will help decorate trees, including the festival’s signature upside down chandelier trees.

The event has been running since 2007.
