Fifth victim alleges inappropriate touching by Queensbury massage parlor worker

A fifth victim has come forward claiming that a Queensbury man inappropriately touched her while working at a massage parlor.

Tieli Wang, 54, is facing five total counts of sexual abuse. He initially was arrested last month after troopers received a complaint on March 28 alleging that Wang had forcibly touched the victim when she had received a massage at Lily Spa in Queensbury. Two subsequent victims came forward with accusations of forcibly touching during massages in the fall of 2023. Police learned of a fourth victim.

Also, two employees of the Lily Spa in Queensbury have been charged after police said they continued to book clients for Wang, when they knew he did not possess a license for massage therapy.

Shuhang Wang, 27, of Queensbury and Lili Wang, 52, are charged with a violation of New York State Education Department law after police said they knew that Tieli Wang was not licensed but continued to book clients for him.

State Police confirmed that Lili Wang is Tieli Wang’s wife and Shuhang Wang is his son.
